Colin Cowherd had a good analysis on why Late Night just isn’t working. My take: The late-night television programs have become very political. Which makes it extremely difficult to bring in advertising as many don’t want their brands associated with a political ideology. Additionally, the humor often feels tailored to a specific audience, alienating viewers who don’t share the same perspective. Late-night shows used to thrive on universal comedy and lighthearted entertainment, but now the content seems to focus more on divisive topics, limiting their appeal.

However, the second nine holes were a completely different story—erratic shots, failing to stay down and follow through, and overthinking every swing. It’s just going to take some time.
