Movies Galore
As we approach the holiday season, some big movie drops hope to be Oscar-nominated. But the latest trend is for movies to get released to streaming services you’re already paying for. The production quality isn’t near as high as a big-budget theater released production, but for some coming-of-age stories – you don’t need that big budget. So I’ll mention a few that I’m looking forward to. I’m a sucker for a good coming-of-age story.
Marvel. Marvel. Marvel.
I’ve always thought Marvel struck gold with Bucky, that dashing dude also known as the Winter Soldier. I mean, come on—who doesn’t love a rogue character who might just steal your heart or your lunch money? And let’s be honest, the ladies are practically swooning over Sebastian Stan! So, if you gather a bunch of characters with sketchy morals, voilà, you’ve got yourself a recipe for a wild story. Introducing The Thunderbolts*! And for those wondering about that asterisk, it’s because we’re still waiting on a certain someone—yep, the ‘Red Hulk’ himself, played by none other than Harrison Ford. Talk about a casting coup!
Red Hulk is currently making his first appearance in the Captain America Film, which will also be released soon.
